Anterior approach suprascapular nerve block in shoulder surgeries: Customary now!

This manuscript, a letter to the Editor, is in response to the recently published case report describing the combination of suprascapular nerve block performed through an anterior approach, and axillary nerve block for shoulder arthroplasty. The authors of that case report misconceived a few points. Those points are clarified in this letter. A few more points on this interesting topic are also discussed here.
